By creating an account or using CareerPolished, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Access to CareerPolished AI tools is provided through a credit-based system.

• /Starter/Pro Plans: Paid subscriptions grant credits (e.g. 3,000 credits) per billing cycle. Credits reset every month and do not roll over.
• /Free Tier: Free accounts have limited credits and features, subject to availability and changes at our discretion.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected.

• /Strict No-Refund Policy: Due to the immediate and significant costs associated with running AI processing and servers, all payments are strictly non-refundable. Under no circumstances will refunds, partial refunds, or credits be issued for subscription fees, one-time fees, or unused credits.
• /Subscription Continuation Upon Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew at the next billing cycle, but your active subscription and access to all premium features (including credits) will **continue until the end of your current subscription date/period**. No partial or prorated refunds will be provided for cancellations made mid-cycle.

You represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal right to use and extract data from any documents you upload.

While CareerPolished utilizes state-of-the-art artificial intelligence, AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Users are responsible for verifying all outputs before applying to jobs.

You retain ownership of your original data. CareerPolished maintains ownership of its underlying algorithms, brand, and platform architecture.
