• Account Information: Name, email address, and authentication metadata.
• Profile Details: Employment history, education, skills, and contact information provided manually or via AI extraction.
• Document Data: Content extracted from resumes, certificates, and transcripts uploaded during the building process.

We use advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) to parse and analyze your career documents.

• Transient Processing: Uploaded documents are processed in-memory. We do not maintain a permanent archive of your raw PDF/TXT files unless explicitly saved in your vault.
• Semantic Mapping: We extract structured data to build your professional profile and tailor resume outputs.
• Ownership Verification: Our AI checks document content for name matching to ensure you are only syncing your own data.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row-Level Security (RLS) enabled. This ensures that only you can access your personal professional data and AI-generated outputs.

You maintain full control over your data. You can:

• Access and export your profile data at any time.
• Modify or delete individual entries in your timeline.
• Delete your account: Permanently wiping all profile data, achievements, and user records from our systems.
